In short: we collect what's needed to send you a reading, nothing more. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
LIFESCOPE Editorial is published by Vinayaka Associates, a registered sole proprietorship in Karnataka, India (GSTIN 29BFWPD3133D1ZH).
When you take an assessment, you tell us your date of birth, your inner hour, your body state, the room of life that's loudest for you, what's recurring, one sentence about your day, what you're moving toward, the friction in your way, and the voice register you prefer. You also give us your first name and email address so we can send your reading.
If you complete a paid reading, our payment partner Razorpay processes your payment and shares with us only your payment ID and confirmation status — never your card details.
We don't ask for your phone number. We don't track your location. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. We don't profile you across the web. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your assessment answers are used to generate your reading. Your email is used to send that reading. If you opted in to LIFESCOPE Editorial — our monthly letter — your email is also used for that one mailing per month. You can unsubscribe in one click anytime.
Submission records sit on Netlify's infrastructure (where this site is hosted). Email delivery runs through Resend (servers in AWS Mumbai). Paid readings are generated by Anthropic's Claude API. Payment records sit with Razorpay. We use the same services every modern Indian D2C business uses, and we use them on settings configured for India.
Assessment data is kept for 12 months so you can request a re-issue of your reading if needed. After 12 months we delete it. Email addresses opted in to the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to: ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, ask us to delete it (we'll comply within 30 days), and withdraw consent for any future use. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@lifescope.co.in with the email address you used.
LIFESCOPE is for adults. We ask for your year of birth at the start of the assessment, and we don't proceed if you're under 16.
If anything material changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. For substantial changes, we'll also email anyone on the newsletter list.
